This policy sets out the shipping, returns and refunds terms for purchases made on conical.co.za. This policy applies to online purchases placed through the Conical Technologies website and is applicable to customers within South Africa only.

This policy does not apply to products purchased directly from Conical Technologies outside of the online store. Products not purchased from conical.co.za are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges under this online policy.

1. Delivery

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and added to your order total before payment is completed.

Delivery Locations

Conical Technologies delivers only to physical addresses within South Africa.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes. Our courier partner, The Courier Guy, requires a signature on delivery.

Delivery Timeframes

Orders are processed subject to stock availability. While many products listed on conical.co.za are in stock, delivery times may vary if an item is temporarily out of stock or requires replenishment.

Where stock is available, orders are generally delivered within 2 working days after dispatch. Delivery to rural or outlying areas may take an additional working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to the email address used when placing the order.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including payment authorisation delays, courier delays, supplier delays, or other operational disruptions.

Delivery Address

Please provide a delivery address where someone will be available during office hours to receive and sign for the order.

Once an order has been dispatched, Conical Technologies is unable to change the delivery address or redirect the parcel.

2. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If a product purchased on conical.co.za is defective on arrival, you may request a return for refund or replacement, subject to the conditions set out below.

This returns policy is in addition to any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer law.

Products Eligible for Return

A product may qualify for return if:

  • it was purchased on conical.co.za;
  • it is defective out of the box;
  • the return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery;
  • proof of purchase is provided;
  • the product is returned in its original packaging; and
  • the product is made available for inspection and testing by Conical Technologies technical staff.

Products Not Eligible for Return

The following will not qualify for return, refund, or replacement:

  • products incorrectly selected or ordered by the customer;
  • products not purchased from conical.co.za;
  • products that have been damaged through misuse, negligence, improper installation, malicious damage, or external causes;
  • failures caused by Eskom load shedding, power surges, or related electrical events not attributable to a product defect; and
  • returns sent without prior authorisation from Conical Technologies.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email sales@conical.co.za within 7 days of receiving the product. Please include:

  • your order number or proof of purchase;
  • a description of the issue;
  • photos where relevant; and
  • your contact details.

Once your request has been reviewed and authorised, Conical Technologies will advise you on the next steps and arrange collection where applicable.

We do not accept returns or exchanges that are sent back without prior approval.

Inspection and Approval

All returned items are subject to inspection and testing by Conical Technologies technical staff before a refund or replacement is approved.

If the product is found to be defective, the return will be processed in accordance with this policy. If the product is found not to be defective, the return may be declined.

3. Refunds

If a return is approved for refund, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after Conical Technologies has received and approved the returned product.

A confirmation will be sent to the email address used when the order was placed.

Please note that banking or payment provider processing times may affect when the refunded amount reflects in your account.

Shipping Costs on Refunds

Delivery and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the returned product is confirmed by Conical Technologies to be defective.

4. Replacements

If a returned product is confirmed to be defective and replacement stock is available, Conical Technologies may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

If replacement stock is not available, a refund may be processed instead.

Approved returns must be sent only to the following address, unless we instruct you otherwise:
