The shielded room is made by 2mm thickness galvanized steel, provide more than 100dB shielding effectiveness from 14KHz to 40GHz.

RF Box

EMCPIONEER designs and manufactures the RF Shielding & RF Shield Boxes for Wireless Testing. The RF shielding box provides at least 70 dB shielding effectiveness from 800MHz-6GHz.Our test shield box is with different types RF interface, such as SMA, USB, RJ45, N, BNC,… to meet customers’different testing requirements.It could be placed on desk or workbenches or movable with wheels. Customized size & design are acceptable.

RF Cabinet

Our EMC cabinet is with 2mm thick galvanized steel, knife edge RF shielded door matching with high quality beryllium copper fingerstock, to ensure the high shielding effectiveness 10MHz-10GHz with 100dB.

Anechoic Chamber

EMC Chamber

EMCPIONEER’s EMC chambers are RF shielded enclosure lined with EMC ferrite tile.We design, manufacture and install various semi-anechoic chambers, not only the standard ones, but also customized ones.

Our Anechoic Chamber used for testing of radiated emissions(RE) and radiated immunity(RI). Compliance the wide variety of EMC standards such as CISPR, IEC/EN, MIL-STD 461 and RTCA DO-160.
The typical EMC Chamber include 3M Semi-EMC Chamber, 5M Semi-EMC Chamber, 10M Semi-EMC Chamber and MIL-STD Chamber.

Antenna Chamber

EMCPIONEER’s antenna chambers are RF shielded enclosure lined with RF absorbing materials. We possess rich experience in the following application fields and others. Antenna measurement chambers: Tests of non-mounted antennae for near field, far-field applications or as compact range solutions. Over-the-air testing (OTA): Testing of wireless communication devices such as smart phone or tablets, based on the standards applied by the industry association CTIA. RFID chips: Testing of the antenna properties of RFID chips. Radar cross-section (RCS): Testing of the radar cross-section. Radome: Testing of electromagnetic permeability for domed structures protecting antenna.
