The new TDA51SCANHC CAN-BUS transceiver modules from MORNSUN is designed by CAN protocol, and it replaces the traditional design by integrating transceiver, isolation chip and high efficient DC/DC isolated power in one module.

The modules can be used for inter-communications between devices on the industrial bus, achieving the signal communication and power isolation.

The TDA51SCANHC is an isolated CAN Bus transceiver, which is compliant with ISO11898-2 standard and has an integrate fully isolated 5V power output.

The TDA51SCANHC provide differential transmitting and receiving capability between the CANH protocol controller and the physical layer bus. It is capable of running at data rates of up to 1 Mbps. The device has the function of series line, over-voltage (-40V to 40V), ground loss protection and thermal shutdown so that it is especially suitable for working in harsh environment.
