CalRamic is proud to formally announce a new product addition to our Ceramic Capacitor product line.  Our Switch Mode Power Supply Capacitors have been manufactured for a limited number of clients, which led to great success in our development process to produce high reliability SMPS type capacitors for Commercial, Military and Space level applications. Most SMPS capacitors are produced under the QPL of Mil-Prf-49470, of which we do not have the qualification.  However, based on current market research there is a market requirement for non-QPL product.

The CalRamic SMPS Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors are available in Military and Commercial Grade. These capacitors have a voltage range from 50Vdc to 500Vdc in values between 0.010µF to 47.0µF. The case codes are 3, 4, and 5.

The Temperature Coefficient of the NPO Dielectric Type is ±30ppm/◦C at a temperature range of -55 to +125◦C and the Temperature Coefficient of the X7R Dielectric Type is ±15% at a temperature range of -55 to +125◦C.
